Itinerary

Day 1ATHENS ARRIVAL TRANSFER

As you arrive in Athens, you will be welcomed by an English speaking driver and then dropped to one of the hotels in Athens downtown. Once you have checked in, then you have the afternoon and evening all to yourself to explore Athens. You can also head to Plaka to enjoy a great traditional meal in one of the local restaurants.

Day 2ATHENS PRIVATE WALKING TOUR * OPTIONAL

After your early breakfast you can then enjoy an Athens City Tour in a coach that is air-conditioned guided by our English speaking guides. As the island offers modern and Ancient monuments and buildings to witness, such as the glorious Parthenon on top of the Acropolis, the Kallimarmaron Stadium, where the first modern Olympics was held, Syntagma Square and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Then it's up to you to choose to relax by your hotel pool or visit the National Archaeological Museum.

Day 3FLIGHT TO CRETE, CHANIA

As you arrive in Chania you will be warmly welcomed by your English speaking driver who will give you a ride to your hotel in the Old Town of Chania, one of the most scenic towns in Greece. Then you would have to check in and then go for one of the restaurants there for a lovely dinner for two.

Day 4CHANIA AND CAR RENTAL

You can then have the luxury of having a rental car which provides you with the chance to enjoy your trip to the fullest. As you can now drive to the beaches to find your own cove to chill. You can also roam around Chania, one of the most beautiful towns in Crete, with Byzantine and Venetian features. You can also look for places to hang around such as the pool, or enjoy cocktails and have fun.

Day 5CHANIA

Rental car provides you with flexibility so its on you whether you would like to drive to Agios Nicholas or Rethymnon as they are both mesmerizing beaches nearby or you could just relax at the pool therefore you have the luxury of choosing the way you want to spend your day.

Day 6DRIVE TO HERAKLION

After breakfast you will check out of your hotel and drive to Heraklion. During this you could enjoy the diversity surrounding you, as Crete has a combination of large towns and villages, mountains, plains, lakes and rivers altogether forming a unique blend. Samaria Gorge is a natural park of exquisite natural beauty which offers great hiking experience if you feel like walking for long. If you prefer sightseeing visit the ruins of Knossos, located near Heraklion in your car rental.

Day 7FERRY PASSAGE TO SANTORINI

Right after your breakfast check out of the hotel and drive to Heraklion port where you can stop and catch a ferry to the breathtaking Santorini Island. You will then have there an English speaking driver who will escort you to your hotel for the next three night experience. As the place offers gorgeous sunsets over dinner.

Day 8SANTORINI

Have a takeout breakfast on the balcony as you can admire the majestic views. You can then head to the center of Fira for some sightseeing in inspiring museums, roam around the streets and discover boutiques for some shopping and also have lunch in one of the restaurants that offers a caldera view. Another way to explore the island better is to rent a car and visit the south, black sandy beaches of Perissa and Kamari.

Day 9SANTORINI

The last day is at Santorini, you should enjoy it to the fullest. Have your breakfast and then enjoy a tour of the volcano and the hot springs of the Volcano Islands in the center of the caldera. The north to Oia, however offers you with a quaint village with amazing mansions to gaze at and also the unique sunset views.

Day 10FLIGHT TO ATHENS

This is the last day of your honeymoon in Greece. Take your breakfast, and then check out of the hotel and take a ride on your rented car to the airport from where you will be transited to your plane in Athens, which will be the end of an awe-inspiring experience.
